ReviveMD, a Mississippi-based hormone replacement provider and manufacturer, was entering a period of rapid growth. With new staff joining the company and clinic partnerships expanding across the state, the team needed a more structured way to introduce their partnership program.
At the time, onboarding relied primarily on verbal explanations supported by a single pricing sheet. While the program itself was strong, there was no standardized system to guide conversations or leave clinics with a clear reference after meetings. As expansion accelerated, ReviveMD needed an onboarding process that could scale consistently across representatives and locations.
We approached the project as a systems build rather than a simple design assignment. The goal was to transform dense operational information into a structured onboarding experience that would guide conversations step-by-step while reinforcing professionalism and trust.
Sixteen pages of original content were carefully condensed and reorganized into a layered kit that moves clinics through the partnership process—from overview to tiers to financials and next steps. Each component was designed to simplify complex information while maintaining credibility for a medical audience accustomed to evaluating operational detail quickly.
The final system includes a branded folder containing multiple inserts, each intentionally sized and formatted differently to establish hierarchy and prevent information fatigue. Clean typography, disciplined layouts, and strategic use of brand elements ensure the materials feel professional and easy to navigate during real meetings.
The result is a polished, 6 piece scalable onboarding system that strengthens ReviveMD’s presence at conferences, events, and sales meetings, creating a more professional, confident, and cohesive brand experience that supports growth and long-term business development.
