OVERVIEW

HPS Body Shop faced a common challenge in a crowded market; its name and brand blended in with more than 20 competing collision repair shops in the region. Under new ownership, the business needed a brand that felt memorable, trustworthy, and reflective of its commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.

APPROACH

We led a full rebrand, starting with naming and brand positioning. The name Full Tilt Collision was chosen to represent an “all-in” approach to repairs and service. From there, we developed a bold visual identity centered around a Viking mascot—an intentional move away from the generic automotive imagery used by most competitors.

 

The new brand system was designed to work across every touchpoint, from signage and business cards to social media and the website, while reinforcing messaging that educates customers about their right to choose their repair shop after an accident.

OUTCOME

The rebrand transformed a generic local shop into a distinctive, recognizable brand. The Viking identity quickly became a memorable symbol in the community, improving brand recall and conversation.

Digital engagement increased dramatically after launch, with social media views, interactions, and page visits all rising significantly. Today, Full Tilt Collision stands out in a crowded market with a confident, cohesive brand built for long-term growth.
