The Women’s Foundation of Alabama needed an annual impact report that truly reflected the strength of their work. Previous reports contained valuable information, but they were dense, difficult to navigate, and didn’t fully align with the organization’s branding. Leadership wanted a publication that felt polished, professional, and easy for donors and stakeholders to engage with.
Our team redesigned the report from the ground up, focusing on readability, structure, and visual storytelling. We organized large amounts of text into a clear narrative flow and translated key data into charts and infographics to make the information easier to understand. The final piece was designed as an eight-panel folded report that balanced strong visual hierarchy with WFA’s established branding.
The finished report transformed a text-heavy document into a clean, engaging communication tool that stakeholders actually wanted to read. Printed copies were used in donor meetings and board presentations, while a digital version expanded its reach online. Leadership praised the elevated design, and donors specifically commented on the report’s professionalism—helping reinforce confidence in the organization’s impact.
