The Frank P. Phillips YMCA needed a cohesive set of materials to promote its Legacy Club, a program recognizing individuals who support the YMCA’s future through planned giving. The goal was to clearly communicate the program’s purpose while maintaining the trust and community-centered tone of the YMCA brand.
We developed a coordinated promotional system that worked both inside the facility and online. Print materials included a bifold brochure, rack card, and foam board posters with brochure holders to encourage members and visitors to learn more and take information with them. Custom letterhead and envelopes supported direct outreach from leadership, while a series of social media graphics helped extend awareness to the broader community.
The campaign provided the YMCA with a unified toolkit to promote the Legacy Club across print, in-facility displays, and social media. The materials created a professional, consistent presence that makes it easier for staff to introduce the program and start conversations about legacy giving.
